Job Summary
Provides individual, group, and family therapy for youth in school, community, and home settings, including telehealth, while maintaining program financial viability. Conducts clinical assessments, develops treatment plans, and ensures PQI standards and accurate documentation. Builds collaborative relationships with treatment team members, schools, and community agencies; participates in CST/IEP meetings; advocates for youth; engages caregivers; and responds to crises in a calm, appropriate manner. Maintains knowledge of Montana Medicaid and YBGR licensure rules. Demonstrates ethics, professional boundaries, confidentiality, and commitment to youth development and team-oriented success. Teaches and models therapeutic interventions and engages in supervision as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field of study from an accredited university
- Professional License (Program Therapist 1 or 2) for Montana SWLC/PCLC/MFLC/MFLT
- License to operate a passenger vehicle
- Criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana
- 21 years old or older

- Criminal/Child Abuse Clearance required by Montana state law
