Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Conduct individual therapy sessions, lead group therapy, and provide exposure therapy while coordinating care with outpatient teams and prescribers. Assess patient progress to determine discharge or higher levels of care, manage crisis situations, and complete initial intake evaluations. Communicate with family members when indicated and chart progress in electronic medical records. Participate in professional development and continuous training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Psychologist or Master's level therapist
- Master's level clinical license
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years clinical work experience post-Master's
- Knowledge and experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other evidenced-based therapies
- Experience with patients in crisis
- Prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting
