Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in school, community, and home settings; conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans; engage with parent/guardian interactions; deliver in-person and telehealth services; crisis intervention; complete clinical documentation; collaborate with treatment teams and external agencies; maintain knowledge of Montana Medicaid and licensure rules; adhere to PQI standards; participate in peer supervision and meetings; advocate for youth in CST/IEP meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field from an accredited university (60 Credit Hour Program)
- Professional License: Montana SWLC, PCLC, MFLC or Montana LCSW, LCPC, MFLT
- License to operate a passenger vehicle
- Criminal background check and child abuse registry clearance as required by the State of Montana
- 21 years old or older
- Ability to relate to and work with youth and families therapeutically
- Knowledge of ethics codes (Child and Youth Worker Code of Ethics, NASW Code, APA Code)
- Knowledge of behavior modification and youth development
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn YBGR software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
