Program/Test Manager

Design, plan, and deliver the testing effort across the program, focusing on system integration, functional user acceptance, and end-to-end business flows. Create User Acceptance Test Plans detailing phases, timelines, scope, and approaches, while developing test scripts, preparing test files, and identifying testing tools. Coordinate test environment planning with vendors and third parties, manage defect tracking, and facilitate communication with business users participating in UAT. Prepare and deliver all testing metrics, status reports, and RAID/RACI documentation to ensure timely execution of test activities aligned with the target state business operating model.
