Job Summary
Program Test Analyst - Mid Level responsible for planning, creating, and executing tests for release cycles, reporting defects, and collaborating with internal/external partners to ensure quality product performance. Will develop robust test scenarios from a business user perspective, triage defects, and provide advisory support to staff while ensuring adherence to risk/compliance policies. Requires strong testing fundamentals, familiarity with SDLC, banking regulations, Agile practices, and Jira-based test management. 4 days per week in-office requirement across listed U.S. locations; relocation not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 4 years of relevant business applications and QA testing experience in financial services
- Working knowledge of UAT methodologies within agile projects
- Proficiency in Jira Work Management, test management, and defect tracking
