Job Summary
Lead implementation and ongoing management of a new CRM and case management system for program operations. Act as the primary owner of program systems, partnering with staff and leadership to support implementation, continuous improvement, daily functionality, data processes, reporting, and cross-program coordination. Gather staff feedback and coordinate system improvements, support data integrity and reporting processes, assist with transition from existing data systems, and develop dashboards and reporting—while coordinating with teams to streamline and improve program operations. This role is based in Troy, MI with a hybrid work arrangement (office and remote) and may require infrequent travel. Emphasizes adherence to Housing First and trauma-informed care principles, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple priorities. May involve working with CRM and case management systems and contributing to data workflows and program coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in systems, data, program coordination, or related work
- Experience with CRM or case management systems
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
