Program Systems Engineer

Perform systems engineering and technical analysis for avionics and communications subsystems supporting the MQ-4C Triton platform. Review engineering artifacts, airworthiness documentation, and test data to assess system safety, integration, and compliance with U.S. Navy and Commonwealth of Australia requirements. Support the full systems engineering lifecycle, including development, production, integration, sustainment, and operational testing. Coordinate technical reviews, engineering working groups, and program meetings while managing Requests for Information and integrating inputs into the Integrated Government Schedule. Serve as a technical liaison between U.S. Navy and Australian airworthiness teams and support execution of the Airworthiness Qualification Plan. This full-time, on-site role in Patuxent River, MD, requires a DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The position supports the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office within a mid-sized, employee-owned company serving Department of Defense clients.
