Job Summary
Program Support Technician responsible for supervising a client population in a residential setting, ensuring safety and welfare of clients and staff, conducting housing inspections, maintaining logs and documentation, performing intake on new clients, and supporting daily operations with flexible shift coverage. Requires English proficiency, adherence to policy, and potential supervisory-training pathways for advancement; Education includes a high school diploma (college degree desired) and prior experience in criminal justice preferred. This is a full-time role based in Orlando, FL at Bridges International’s non-secure site, with emphasis on governance, safety, documentation, and client-facing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- 3 years of experience in criminal justice field preferred (will train those with applicable skills)
