Job Summary
Program Support Technician responsible for supervising a client population in a community-re-entry services setting, ensuring safety for clients, staff, and visitors; conducting housing-area inspections, counts, and intake; maintaining logs and documentation; coordinating with staff across shifts; handling paycheck collection, sign-outs, and required forms; and participating in mandatory training, with strong emphasis on English literacy and organizational and written communication skills. Experience in the criminal justice field is preferred; three years of related experience is ideal, with potential training provided; a high school degree is required and college degree is desirable. The role requires flexibility to work all shifts and to support contract and policy standards, plus potential for promotional pathways after supervisory training.
