Job Summary
Lead IT modernization and digital transformation initiatives by managing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, and Power BI dashboards. Coordinate software management, system implementation, and end-user training while supporting Microsoft 365 adoption and cybersecurity compliance. Provide systems administration for NMCI and RDT&E environments, including equipment deployment, troubleshooting, and inventory accountability for computers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Conduct asset inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and support equipment transfers. Develop executive dashboards for workforce, financial, and program performance reporting. Requires an existing Secret security clearance, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 10+ years in IT asset management. Follows a California Alternate Work Week schedule with hybrid onsite days at NIWC PAC Point Loma.
Required Qualifications
- Existing SECRET Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least ten (10) years of recent, relevant professional experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite / Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and visualization tools
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft automation tools
- Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support fast-paced operational environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of one full onsite day every week
- Periodic in-person meeting attendance
- Onsite days based at NIWC PAC Point Loma in San Diego, CA
- Additional onsite days, up to and including fully onsite, may be required at the request of the government customer
- California Alternate Work Week Schedule: Monday – Thursday are 9-hour days, Fridays are alternating 8- or 0-hour days
- Workday starts at 7:15am PST Mon-Thu and on working Fridays
- Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment
- May involve: repetitive motion
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD, Navy, or NAVWAR environments
- Exposure to Agile, project management, or systems engineering processes
