Job Summary
Provide general program support for workforce development initiatives, including document verification, eligibility determination, data entry and reporting, and outreach. Conduct routine audits of participant records for accuracy and compliance with funding requirements; enter and monitor data in OSMIS and other systems; generate data quality reports; coordinate with career planners, partner organizations, and customers to obtain missing documentation and resolve barriers; track and allocate supportive services and training supports; and assist with special projects and orientation for customer-facing staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, education, human resources, business, or related field
- One to two years of experience engaging disadvantaged individuals in career, education, or personal/family development
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail and data entry skills, including MS Office
