Job Summary
Manage medium to high profile projects, including delivery schedules, scope, and scope creep, while ensuring projects remain on time and within budget. Organize all project documentation such as OMS, drawings, test reports, submittal packages, and certificates of compliance. Interface with customers, sales, and vendors to coordinate pricing, order placement, claims, and returned goods. Collaborate on creating process designs for new fulfillment methods and identify areas for improvement to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Support Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality management teams with documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience
- Track record of independent process ownership
- Process experience in a Quality Control setting (ISO preferred)
- High School or GED
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skillset for troubleshooting technical processes
- Be obsessed with continuous improvement
- Familiar with reading plans and specifications, schematics and single line drawings
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and peers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Frequently – 21% to 50%

Desired Qualifications
