Job Summary
Program Support Associate will manage state office administration, logistics coordination, procurement support, vendor management, and end-to-end event management for workshops, meetings, trainings, and seminars at the state level. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative support for state-level activities, travel and asset management, procurement processes, vendor coordination, event planning and execution, budgeting/expense tracking, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Requires coordination with internal teams and external service providers, strong documentation practices, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Location-based role with offices in Bhubaneshwar (Odisha) and Patna (Bihar), India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in arts/commerce, social sciences/ social work or livelihood sector with master’s in business administration (MBA), social work is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in programmatic and administrative support function.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in working with the development sector/ INGOs would be preferred.
