Job Summary
Maintain census records, perform word processing, and provide data entry services to the program. Coordinate appointments and interviews, schedule doctor services, and manage appointment books and billing. Provide receptionist duties including answering telephone calls, taking messages, and collecting and distributing agency mail. Assist members in accessing services, maintain orderly files, and ensure office supplies and forms are available. Support the Program Director and Team Leaders as assigned while attending all staff meetings. Adhere to agency policies and manage time effectively during the Sunday to Thursday shift.
Required Qualifications
- A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited high school or GED program
- one (1) year of experience performing a wide variety of the duties identified above
- California driver's license
- current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old excluding all modes of two-wheeled transport inclusive of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
