Program Support Analyst

Prepare technical reports and strategies for senior management while performing quality control to ensure work meets Government-approved deadlines. Analyze complex technical reports and compile data from diverse scientific disciplines to advance NOAA programmatic and fleet objectives. Lead technical and administrative services for working groups by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and developing monthly status reports. Coordinate information across NOAA Line and Program Offices to support ocean technology implementation and integrate new solutions into fleet operations. Maintain the program intranet site and manage resources for internal groups. Provide technical analysis to the NOAA Fleet Council regarding Days at Sea requirements for ships. This full-time position may be performed on-site or remotely with anticipated travel for meetings and field activities. Hiring is contingent on contract award.
