Job Summary
Oversee recruitment, supervision, performance evaluation, and professional development of staff; ensure patient safety through oversight of facility and clinical operations; manage chart audits, reporting, and documentation to meet contractual, regulatory, and policy requirements; expand referral networks through outreach; participate in trainings, staff meetings, and community events; ensure alignment with St. John’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values; document services in medical records and contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement reporting; collaborate across Medical Clinics, Finance, HR, QA, Compliance, and IT to coordinate logistics and human resources for supervised programs.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years supervising a grant funded social service or medical program in an integrated health setting.
