Job Summary
As a Program Supervisor, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), supervise a team of Caregivers, and support individuals receiving services with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care. Responsibilities also include administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and community involvement. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of relevant work experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
