Job Summary
The Program Supervisor role involves facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and supervising a team of caregivers. Responsibilities include staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Candidates must have three years of caregiving experience, two years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position.
Required Qualifications
