Job Summary
Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of a team of Caregivers. Provide direct support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Accompany individuals on community outings or provide transportation to work and other activities. Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and team oversight. Requires valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, clean Motor Vehicle Record, and current car registration and insurance. Full-time, Part-time, and As Needed schedules available with 401(k) match and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year related work experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
- Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meet's Sevita insurability policy
