Job Summary
Program Supervisor responsibilities include facilitating ISPs, supervising a team of Caregivers, and performing administrative duties such as hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The role involves direct support to individuals (assisting with daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care), transportation to work or activities, and community involvement. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance. 20.75 USD hourly; positions available on full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules in Peoria, IL; benefits package and career advancement opportunities provided.
Required Qualifications
