Job Summary
Program Supervisor oversees a single program or unit within residential or day programs, supervising Direct Support Professionals and ensuring delivery of supports, implementation of individual program plans, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, and program documentation. Responsible for scheduling, budgeting, training, staff performance evaluations, and maintaining licensing compliance while coordinating health care, billing, and records across shifts; generally works 8 to 16 flexible hours per week in a supervisory capacity and provides direct support for remaining hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One-year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services.
