Job Summary
Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals providing daily care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervise staff, assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, and ensure high-quality care and program operations. Provide hands-on support for meal prep, medication administration, and personal care when needed, while encouraging independence and community participation. Model leadership, compassion, and teamwork for your staff. Requires a high school diploma or five years of caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Starting pay is $23.35 per hour with full benefits, on-demand pay options, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education
- Must be 18+
- Valid driver's license
