Job Summary
As a Program Supervisor at Sevita, you will play a critical role in providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include helping participants achieve developmental goals, supporting their personal hygiene, and assisting those with behavioral challenges. You will be expected to build meaningful relationships with participants while taking initiative to engage them in community activities. Ideal candidates are expected to have a high school diploma, possess effective communication and teamwork skills, and demonstrate compassion and reliability in their day-to-day duties.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
