Job Summary
Program Supervisor at Sevita REM Iowa. Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), supervise a team of Caregivers, participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight, and provide direct support including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Includes facilitating community outings and transportation, with duties split between direct service, program activities, and supervision. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year related experience, and a valid driver’s license with insurability. Hourly rate $24.00 with full benefits for full-time employees.
