Job Summary
As a Program Supervisor, you will lead a team that provides daily care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), assisting with hiring and training, ensuring high-quality care, providing hands-on support when needed, and encouraging independence in community activities. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education, and involves leadership development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, or Team Lead
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
