Job Summary
Oversee daily program operations for 4-8 individuals in residential settings or 10-15 in day programs, supervising Direct Support Professionals while delivering direct support during remaining hours. Manage person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance; document incident reports, reconcile individual financial accounts, and maintain accurate census and billing data. Schedule staff to minimize overtime, conduct performance evaluations, and handle hiring, discipline, and termination decisions. Monitor vehicle safety, maintain living environments, and ensure all safety equipment functions correctly. Work Tuesday through Saturday, 9am-5pm, with on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One-year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Working knowledge of computers
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on the behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services
- Other licensure(s) or certification(s) where required by regulatory authority
- Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
