Job Summary
As Program Supervisor, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and participate in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. You will provide direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities (meal planning, medication administration, personal care), and facilitate community involvement through outings or transportation. Responsibilities are split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision. The role includes coordinating staffing, ensuring schedules, and maintaining quality service across home and community-based supports. A High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and licensure or certification may be required by the regulatory authority.
