Job Summary
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and program oversight. Supervise a team of Caregivers while providing direct support for daily activities, medication administration, and personal care. Accompany individuals on community outings or provide transportation to work and other activities. Duties balance direct support, professional activities, and team supervision. Requires a valid driver's license and one year of related work experience. Full-time hours include Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM with flexible scheduling options available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License for one year
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2 PM - 10 PM - Flex hours
- One year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
