Job Summary
Oversee a single program or unit serving 4-8 individuals in residential settings or 10-15 individuals in periodic, vocational or day programs; supervise Direct Support Professionals; ensure delivery of supports, implementation of person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance; manage scheduling, training, and billing/documentation; lead program planning, team meetings, and quarterly evaluations; ensure licensing compliance and safety across shifts; provide direct support during remaining hours and support staff in daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One-year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver’s license and auto insurance if driving on behalf of the company
