Job Summary
Conduct monthly data reviews with the Program Director to manage budget targeting and present enrollment reports to management. Monitor financial assistance distribution, track aid request packets, and maintain Department of Social Services enrollment and target charts. Supervise the Data Manager and Archives Manager while verifying client documentation for eligibility and tracking outreach activities. Serve as the program liaison to community agencies and funders, ensuring contractual compliance and supporting special projects like SAMHSA enhancements. Be available five days a week for eight hours daily to provide full support to families in a crisis-driven environment, with up to 20% of the week dedicated to fieldwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience
- Proven data-collection and analysis experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to assist individuals of diverse ethnicities, backgrounds, ages, and sexual preferences
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to use the AWARDS and CARES systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to assist individuals of diverse ethnicities, backgrounds, ages, and sexual preferences
