Job Summary
Program Supervisor needed to oversee the daily operation of a Day Support program delivering life enrichment for people with medical, physical, and cognitive challenges. Responsibilities include supervising, supporting, and evaluating staff; overseeing license-holder responsibilities per CSSP Addendum and Individual Abuse Prevention Plan; instructing and assisting staff to implement outcomes; recruiting, hiring, and supervising direct support professionals; providing staff backup to ensure continuity of services; ensuring CARF regulatory standards are met; maintaining clear communication with Rise staff and participants’ interdisciplinary team; coordinating transportation for participants ensuring safe, timely, and compliant travel; and maintaining required documentation and adherence to transportation policies. Requires 3 years of supervisory experience in direct-support services, a human-service degree, MN 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications, strong leadership, ability to motivate, proficient MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- 3 years of supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services
- A degree in a human service-related field
- Must meet the qualifications required of MN 245D statute's Designated Coordinator role
- Current, valid driver's license and driving record that demonstrates safe, legal driving habits
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, etc.) and interest to learn and become proficient in case management software system (Care Director)
