Program Supervisor

Lead a team of employment consultants and oversee day-to-day operations of community supported employment programs across Anoka and Hennepin County. Supervise and support team members executing competitive community job placements, assign cases with input from leadership, and conduct hiring processes including updating job postings and setting performance expectations. Train new consultants, facilitate new intakes ensuring accurate documentation, and troubleshoot service authorization or funding issues with staff and external entities. Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders, community partners, and the people served while ensuring efficient case management services and proper use of documentation software. Meet with team members and community clients regularly. Hybrid work schedule available.
