Job Summary
Program Supervisor for the Pathways to Professions Program leads implementation, partner coordination, and supervision of the Career Coach, interns, and volunteers within the Early Head Start/0 to 5 framework; develops and maintains internship placements, manages contracts with academic partners, ensures compliance with funder regulations, and collaborates with workforce development partners to deliver quality coaching, training, and evaluation; travels between Foothill Family and partner sites in the Los Angeles County area to support program delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development or equivalent field
- Two or more years of experience with program start-up, implementation, and collaboration with community partners
- Two or more years of supervisory and/or mentor/coaching experience with students
- Demonstrated competency in training, mentoring, and coaching others towards excellence and capacity building
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to read and write complex material
- Ability to work with a team and adapt to changes in implementing a new program
- Valid CA Driver’s License and insurability OR reliable transportation to attend all appointments and meetings as required

- Bilingual Spanish and/or Cantonese preferred
