Job Summary
Oversee on-site operations and staff at the Learning Community Center of South Omaha satellite location, managing participant arrival and dismissal while ensuring safety and a welcoming environment. Supervise child learning and program assistant staff, including hiring, training, and daily effectiveness, while maintaining updated work plans aligned with strategic goals. Coordinate transportation via company minibus, manage supply tracking and expenses, and facilitate collaboration with other departments to ensure fair work distribution. Maintain safe learning spaces with a focus on social-emotional skills and support recruitment efforts for new families. Requires a Bachelor's degree, bilingual communication skills, and valid driver's license with clean record.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written, verbal, presentational)
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities for accomplishing assigned work, implement action plans, and meet deadlines
- Must possess high attention to detail, organizational skills, and record-keeping skills
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Completion of the Mini Bus Driver Safety class
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Social Services, or related field
- One or more years of management experience
- Ability and willingness to work occasional weekday evenings
