Job Summary
The Program Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations of Community & Energy Services programs, ensuring compliance and quality service delivery. This role requires monitoring issues, dispute resolution, team supervision, and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of two years in managerial roles and working with low income populations. Proficiency in database applications and reliable transportation is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field or 5 years of experience in Office Management, Human Resources and/or Customer Service
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with low income, diverse populations
- Minimum of two (2) years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience using computer applications in a Windows environment and other database applications
- Reliable transportation for job-related travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience in offices serving low income, diverse populations
