Job Summary
Oversee daily program operations for 4-8 individuals in residential settings or 10-15 in day programs, balancing direct support with supervision of Direct Support Professionals. Manage implementation of person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance while monitoring physical environments, vehicles, and medical equipment. Handle incident reporting, billing accuracy, census capture, and financial management for individual funds. Conduct monthly program meetings, recruit and evaluate staff, ensure training completion, and coordinate stakeholder communications. Maintain licensing compliance, safety standards, and employee records. Visits each shift and all employees monthly to monitor service delivery and support independent living.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One-year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Working knowledge of computers
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on the behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services
- Other licensure(s) or certification(s) where required by regulatory authority
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds constantly
- Must be available to visit each shift and all employees at least one time per month
