Job Summary
Provide administrative supervision and guidance of the Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Therapy Department, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, and corrective action plans. Determine caseloads, assign cases, review treatment plans for accuracy, and track data related to case management performance targets and report timeliness. Ensure consistent utilization of applied behavior analysis techniques, promote a therapeutic environment, and develop quality improvement initiatives. Work with management to design policies and procedures, serve as a liaison to other departments, and instruct staff on behavior intervention strategies. Facilitate department meetings, develop agendas, and disseminate information regarding policies and funders. Maintain an individual case-load and perform all duties of a behavior analyst while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in behavior analysis or in mental health, psychology, or human services
- BCBA credential
- 1-3 years of experience with documented training in behavior intervention techniques
