Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them integrate into the community. Experience ownership and trust to do what's right for participants, ensuring they can enjoy their favorite activities and grow. This role requires a high school diploma, six months of human services experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Full-time hourly pay includes a 401(k) match and paid time off.
