Program Supervisor

Conduct case management reviews and supervise individuals with special behavioral needs while developing and monitoring individual behavior support program plans. Oversee assigned staff through performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training, resolving employee relations issues and supervising candidates obtaining BCBA certification. Observe behavior support plan implementation, analyze documentation, and investigate internal incidents related to clinical and crisis management. Coordinate daily worksite operations, establish on-call duties, and facilitate communication with families, case managers, and state agencies. Ensure all records are accurate and compliant with legal mandates, manage program supply purchasing, and submit billing documentation. Promote programs to funding sources and community agencies.
