Job Summary
Program Supervisor for the Mobile Response & Stabilization Services Program in Jersey City, NJ, responsible for assisting the Program Supervisor in orientation, coordinating and integrating service delivery, ensuring program and contract compliance, developing protocols to improve outcomes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing crisis intervention and 24/7 consultation, and potentially delivering direct services. Role includes crisis plan development/approval, maintaining client records, implementing staff development plans, providing program coverage for the Program Manager, and assisting with discharge planning and transition efforts. Requires a Master's Degree in a relevant field, LSW licensing, and 2-3 years of clinical experience; valid driver’s license; bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, social services or related field
- Minimum of a LSW or equivalent licensing required
- 2-3 years clinical setting experience required
- Valid Driver's license required
