Job Summary
Oversee daily program operations and ensure adherence to OBOT Operational Standards and regulatory procedures. Screen and interview new associates, conduct performance reviews, and manage personnel time and PTO requests. Maintain program documentation in accordance with DEA regulations, including patient prescriptive records and physician DEA registrations. Coordinate with internal and external agencies to improve service provision and conduct internal audits to analyze program performance. Review and interpret policy changes, presenting findings to leadership while managing staff and interacting positively with patients and community members.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Experience working in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program
- Supervisory experience
- Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health
- State-defined minimum licensure
- State-defined minimum education
- State-defined minimum experience
