Job Summary
Program Supervisor oversees IECMH Consultation program operations, supports supervision, onboarding and oversight of IECMH program services for early childhood care/education and home visiting programs. Collaborates with Program Manager/Director and community partners. Facilitates team meetings, provides group reflective supervision to IECMH Consultants, oversees fidelity to models (Early Childhood POSITIVE Behavior Interventions/ Pyramid Model, The Incredible Years, Circle of Security Parenting, etc.), supports data collection and quality improvement, supervises IECMH Consultants and interns, coordinates service delivery with community partners, and contributes to trauma-informed practice through Sanctuary Model implementation. Requires strong supervision, recruiting and team development skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with electronic health records, and ability to represent Morrison in professional communications. Preferred: supervisory experience in mental/behavioral health or IECMH, grant experience, additional IECMH credentials, bilingual capabilities in Spanish. Must be able to work shift hours and may be on-call; driving required within the Portland metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field
- Clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or seeking licensure with a plan to obtain within one year of entering this position
- Three years of experience in the provision of infant/early childhood mental health services
- Experience with electronic health records
- Background in early childhood mental health services including assessment, treatment and case management/coordination of care
