Job Summary
Deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings; mentor and coach Therapists and caregivers; collaborate with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, and development/updating of program materials and client documentation. Must hold a BA/BS and pursue RBT/ABA licensure; requires 2+ years ABA experience, travel up to ~45 minutes between locations, reliable vehicle, DOJ/FBI background check; weekday hours 3–7pm required; salary is hourly with sign-on and relocation incentives and tuition support for BCBA coursework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or applicable state ABA license
- Enrollment in a BACB-verified course sequence and 12+ semester units in ABA with one year of ABA experience OR Two years of experience designing/implementing behavior intervention services.
