Program Supervisor (In-Home)

Job Summary
Ensure high-quality, family-centered services are delivered to identified families by monitoring documentation for fidelity, overseeing interventions that reduce maltreatment, and managing referrals to FCT Practitioners. Provide weekly team summaries to leadership, conduct group and individual supervision for up to ten practitioners, and hold staff accountable for compliance with documentation systems and program standards. Attend Child and Family Team Meetings, testify in court as subpoenaed, and advocate for families with outside agencies while maintaining Supervisor Certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation. This role requires a master's degree in human services, a professional license, and fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services
- Professional license in human services
- Attainment of Supervisor Certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation within 12 months
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- State Police clearance
- FBI clearance
- Child Abuse clearance
- Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training certificate and/or statement
- Ideal candidates will live in one of our service counties (Bellmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson, and/or Muskingum)
- Must be able to operate a keypad device 25% of the day
- Must be able to use electronic/office equipment 25% of the day
- Must be able to travel approximately 5 times per month
- Must be able to work in weather conditions about 25% of the day
- Must be able to transport students to and from school, school-based appointments, and/or field trips
- Must be able to travel to client homes and throughout the community
- Must be able to drive
- Must have fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows, legs and feet routinely used throughout the day
- Must have lower and upper torso used 75% of the day
- Must meet minimum requirements for hearing, speech, and vision
- Must be able to walk 50% of the day
- Must be able to stand 25% of the day
- Must be able to sit 25% of the day
- Must be able to reach above the shoulder as well as bending and twisting 25% of the day
- Must be able to routinely lift 15 pounds, 4 times per day
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds, 1 time per day
- Must be able to handle distractions that interfere
- Must be able to frequently perform multiple tasks, make quick decisions, and concentrate
- Must be able to occasionally handle diversity of problems
- Must be able to work in client homes where conditions may include tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, mold and other allergens
- Must be able to work a non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to enhance communication with a diverse workforce and community
