Program Supervisor - ILS

Program Supervisor-Independent Living Services (ILS) leads coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of ILS for adults with developmental disabilities across Whittier and Monrovia, ensuring individualized, person-centered supports that promote independence, safety, self-determination, and community integration. Responsibilities include supervising Life Skills Coaches and ILS staff, coordinating intake and eligibility assessments, reviewing referrals, maintaining documentation and billing compliance, developing and monitoring individualized service plans with participants, collaborating with Regional Center representatives and interdisciplinary teams, and providing field-based support with travel between sites. The role requires office-based work, fieldwork, and flexible work-from-home arrangements, regular travel between sites, and adherence to agency policies, DDS regulations, and confidentiality standards. Minimum education: bachelor’s degree preferred with at least two years of related experience; driving and Live Scan screenings required; must attend in-person meetings and travel between Whittier, CA and Monrovia, CA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems expected.
