Program Supervisor II (Crisis Care)

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Three [3] years post-masters experience in social services or health care setting (preferred).
• At least two [2] years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including direct staff management, supervision, and/or licensure supervision/certification.
• Three or more years of experience working with populations exposed to trauma; establishing relationships with community supportive service providers; and coordinating service delivery.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local, and private social service regulations, and compliance.

Desired Qualifications

• LCSW (Clinical Licensure in the State of Illinois)
• Strong knowledge of unique challenges associated with individuals experiencing homelessness, PTSD, drug and/or alcohol abuse, disabilities, and/or other mental health issues.
• Crisis experience, a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated solid track record of leading with excellence and utilizing evidence-based counseling and supervision techniques.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Data Entry software, and telehealth platforms.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, current car insurance and access to a motor vehicle is required.
