Job Summary
Supervise clinical and case management activities, plan and direct assigned staff, and ensure client health, safety, and welfare. Conduct direct care, crisis interventions, and diagnostic interviews as needed while coordinating admissions, discharges, and treatment plans with community partners. Monitor program budgets, audit clinical records for compliance, and prepare reports for submission. Assist in recruitment, train staff, and develop schedules. Requires a Master's degree, considerable supervisory experience, and a valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSATP license. Eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with coursework in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
- Considerable experience providing community-based mental health services including considerable supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior CSB/BHA experience preferred
- Professional License as a LCSW, LPC, LCP, LMFT, and/or LSATP
- Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
