Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day site operations for a specialized Think Together program, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with organizational guidelines. Directly supervise site-level staff through coaching, training reinforcement, and performance management while maintaining accurate student attendance and enrollment data. Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, school personnel, and parents to align goals and address student needs. Monitor program metrics, respond to incidents promptly, and step into direct service roles as needed. This role supports a positive student experience and fosters effective communication across the school community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA) highly preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working in education/youth programs
- At least 1+ year in a supervisory position
- 2+ years highly preferred
- Previous classroom experience
- Must meet the minimum qualifications set by the partner district for a classroom instructional aide
- Strong ability to communicate with students, parents, school staff and faculty both verbally and in writing
- Bilingual / Bi-cultural (Spanish)
- Excellent program management skills
- demonstrated record of completing tasks on time
- CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain within first 60 days of hire
- Satisfactory TB skin test
- Passing background check (DOJ & FBI)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills in a school or youth development setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, students, school partners, and families
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort with public speaking and giving direction
- Ability to solve routine problems and apply good judgment in varied situations
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Standard English
- Familiarity with data systems, email, and digital documentation tools
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
