Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and provide direct ABA services to children with ASD and other diagnoses. Supervise caregivers and direct care staff to ensure treatment fidelity while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis to adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate client records and participate in team meetings to contribute clinical expertise. Stay current with ABA research and professional development activities. Work a balance of telehealth, in-clinic, and in-home sessions across multiple regions in Northern California. Full-time role requiring a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel to various client sites.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
  • 2 years of ABA experience
  • 12 semester units in ABA
  • Significant knowledge of ABA as a discipline
  • Familiar with the field of ABA
  • Knowledgeable of other community resources and agencies that serve children
  • Experience implementing and/or designing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other diagnoses
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and related computer software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable spending time on your feet
  • Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices
  • Adherence to policies
  • Valid California Driver's License with insurance
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass health screenings
  • Obtain required vaccinations
  • Clear TB testing
  • Obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ)
  • Obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General
  • Obtain and maintain CPR, Safety Care, and National Provider Identifier (NPI) certifications
  • Consent to the use of your home address or ZIP code for scheduling purposes
  • Must be able to manage the physical and emotional demands of the role
  • Frequent exposure to disability disorders
  • Occasional emergency situations
  • Trauma
  • Constant client contact requiring concentration and sound decision-making
  • Occasional driving (to and from office and client homes)
  • Must be able to travel to multiple work sites and client homes
  • Reliable transportation
