Job Summary
Plan and conduct regular staff meetings while providing individual case consultation and supervision to Foster Care Specialists, Advanced Specialists, and Lead Specialists. Deliver back-up and coverage for team members as required by the program. Monitor and implement the program's continuous quality improvement process, including outcome measures, assessments, and funding reports. Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with internal and external partners, including child welfare, clinical staff, and the Department of Children and Family Services. Develop methods to enhance service quality and address specific training and consultation needs. This role supports the agency's Blueprint for Impact, focusing on replacing traditional child welfare services with child, family, and community well-being solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a closely related field
- At least two years' social services experience
- Child welfare experience
- Ability to speak English and Spanish
- Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL)
- Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP)
- Child Abuse and Neglect (CANS) certification
- Ability to obtain CWEL, CERAP, or CANS certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to attend in-person meetings and events
- Valid driver's license
- Valid driver's insurance
- A reliable vehicle
